DASH RE Company Programs

Personal Home Sale/Purchase Program

DASH offers a personal purchase and sale program designed to encourage agents to invest in personal real estate.

For agent-owned properties or agent purchases, agents in the Beta, Gamma, and Zeta splits are permitted one sale or purchase per year exempt from agency splits. The one-per-year rule does not carry over to the next year and begins January 1.

Agents in the Alpha split are subject to fees based on a 2.5% listing or buying commission.

Purchase example: An agent purchase on a $300,000 personal home with a 3% commission would result in the agent receiving a $9,000 check from the brokerage, representing 100% of the commission. If the agent buys another property that year for themselves, it follows the standard commission schedule.

Listing example: An agent sells their home for $300,000 and does not have to pay a commission split to the brokerage for their side of the transaction.

For any additional sales or purchases of agent-owned property after using the one sale/purchase per year, agents pay a $500 fee to the brokerage for each side represented.

Agent Referral Program

2% bonus on all commissions closed by the referred agent for that agent’s tenure at DASH Real Estate Company.

The bonus is paid to the agent who referred the new agent to DASH.

Both agents must be licensed active with DASH Real Estate Company to receive the 2% bonus.

If a referred agent joins a team, the referral bonus will discontinue.

When an agent refers a team to join DASH, or a referred agent starts a team, the referring agent may be paid a referral bonus based on the sales performance of that team:

am Sales Performance

Referal Bonus

Under $5 million -> 0.5% bonus

$5 million - $10 million -> 0.75% bonus

$10 million - $15 million - > 0.9% bonus

Over $15 million -> 1% bonus

Lead Generation Reimbursement Program

DASH offers a lead generation reimbursement program designed to encourage agents to invest in their own marketing and business growth.

The program is intended for new advertising and lead generation efforts, not normal listing photography. Agents are encouraged to test new marketing channels, build momentum, and create more opportunities.
